Q: How do I return or exchange my item(s)?

A: We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. You can return or exchange your item(s) at your favorite Espntic boutique or ship item(s) back to us using our expedited returns portal or Standard Return Shipping. 

Expedited Returns Process (Preferred)

The fastest way to get your refund is to use our expedited returns portal to select the items you wish to return and send back with the provided shipping label. Here are the steps:

  1. To ensure full credit, all products must be returned in good condition. If possible, pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging (including all paperwork, parts, and accessories).
  2. Go to our returns page, and follow the prompts to select the items you wish to return. Print the return label.
  3. Affix the pre-paid label to the package. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package and be sure to include your original pack-slip that lists the item or items you are returning. Return all packing slips if returning multiple items and they arrived in separate shipments.
  4. Send your package via UPS or US Mail by giving it to the postal carrier or taking it to a local USPS or UPS location.
  5. We'll process your expedited return and you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 1-4 days of sending your package.

 

  • No postage is required. The fixed shipping rate of $5.95 will be deducted from your refund.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
  • Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser, minus the pre-paid return fee.
  • Sign in to your account to track your return shipment.
  • To ensure proper credit processing, please do not reproduce the shipping label.

Standard Return Shipping

If you would prefer to use your own shipping method, follow these steps:

  1. To ensure full credit, all products must be returned in good condition. If possible, pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging (including all paperwork, parts, and accessories).
  2. Complete the return reason questionnaire on the packing slip and include it in the return package.
  3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  4. Send the return package to the following address (unless your packing slip directs otherwise):

  • If you're not making use of our expedited returns portal option, all return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
  • Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
  • Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
